Senior Director, Business Development Wireline/Outside Plant CLASSIFICATION:
Exempt POSITION Overview:
ADB is a Nationwide full turnkey provider of infrastructure solutions including Wireline/Outside Plant Construction, Wireless, Technologies/ISP, and Engineering.

ADB is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development Wireline/Outside Plant to bring, as well as develop, relationships with all the Tier 1, 2, and 3 service providers, utility companies, broadband providers, and engineering firms.
The idea candidate will also have working knowledge of all the current federal infrastructure programs such as RDOF, BEAD, etc This position will consult with all our lines of business as well as customers and partners to identify, develop, and win opportunities.
The Senior Director is a primary customer-facing position that promotes the organization to achieve defined sales goals and focuses on customer retention.
The ideal candidate will have an established book of business and network of contacts that can help deliver business opportunities, as well as an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage with key contacts in new and existing accounts to maximize the organization's sales performance Research and identify new markets and vertical opportunities Possess a strong understanding of Wireline/Outside Plant Construction, Engineering, Technology, and Wireless disciplines, and the functionality to effectively communicate proposal details and answer client questions Engage subject matter experts for more detailed or high-visibility proposals and customer meetings Update opportunities and related account information in the organization's chosen CRM system as close to real- time as possible Lead presentations, workshops, and consulting session with customers and partners Produce documentation including customer/client needs analysis, site specific surveys, and all artifacts necessary to clearly document customer expectations and intended implementation designs and approaches, facilitating a seamless transition from sales to the implementation teams Set written expectations with customers that are aligned with the organization's leadership and teams, that supports their defined goals for project margin Represent the partner's expectations and priorities to the organization and continue engagement through the life of the project as needed Maintain a modern and ongoing understanding of solutions, features, products, and industry developments Work closely with the organizations marketing and social media development teams to produce promotional content for a variety of mediums Represent the organization in the best possible light, maintaining optimism and championing successful outcomes for the organization and its partners Consistently achieve defined performance goals as measured on the yearly division scorecard Mentors less experience sales members on the team and provides guidance when need Has the ability to manage the team for short periods of time if needed or called upon Performs other tasks as assigned by leadership SUCCESS FACTORS:

Albeit this position works remotely the position operates out of corporate headquarters in an office environment, located at 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069 This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/fax, and smartphones Must be willing to work in a variety of physical positions, including climbing, sitting, standing, walking and driving May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated When working on site, will be required to wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and life jackets EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

years of business development experience with large Fortune 500 companies is required Proven track record with large accounts and has contacts with decision makers at the C-Suite level Bachelor's Degree in related field is required High School diploma or equivalent required ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
