ADB is seeking a Material Handler to oversee and support the warehouse and material handling needs for our operational teams within a construction environment.

ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Manage all materials, tools, and equipment within a warehouse and yardOrder construction site materials and supplies when requestedAbility to safely operate a mini excavator, forklift, and other various heavy equipmentAbility to utilize excel to track the checking in and out of materials and equipmentKeep warehouse and yard organized and cleanBe a dependable partner with internal construction crews and external sub-contractors for all their material and equipment needs, including loading equipment and materials upon requestOccasionally deliver materials to project sites when requestedProvides general maintenance to the offices and facilities within ADBMaintains outside yards and sidewalks including but not limited to weed eating, mowing, snow removal, filling potholes within the yard, exterior cleaning, etc.

Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, standing, walking and driving.
Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, cold/ freezing, humid and/or rainy spring, summer, winter and fall weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated.
Must wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats when working on-siteEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

years' experience in material and/or inventory management required2
years' experience operating heavy equipment (certifications a plus)Valid Driver License Required (Class A CDL preferred or the ability to obtain within the first 90 days)High School Diploma or Equivalent requiredADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.

Max Pay for this Position:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
